Reflecting on 2019

From all of the team at the National Human Services Assembly, we wish you and yours a wonderful holiday season!

2019 has been an exciting year with the launch of our FREE federal legislation advocacy tool PolicySource, the advancement of our National Reframing Human Services Initiative, and another $20.6 million nonprofit members saved through PurchasingPoint.

We also wished former President and CEO Lee Sherman well with his retirement, in addition to celebrating Susan Danish’s service as Board Chair and her own retirement. With these transitions in mind, the Board of Directors has made the thoughtful decision to consider the future of the National Assembly by hiring Janice Frey-Angel as Interim President & CEO.

As we look toward 2020, we are excited about the possibilities it holds for the organization. Janice will be reaching out to many of you for your input as we gather knowledge about how we can be a resource for you going forward. We hope that you will take a moment to talk with her and provide feedback on how we can renew and grow the organization in the next decade.
